Return Policy:
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Customers must contact our support team before initiating a return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping costs for returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Some items, such as personalized or final sale products, are not eligible for returns.
